On April 15, 2021 Arrowhead Behavioral Health Initiative issued a Request for Proposal covering Mobile Crisis Team Response for Duluth and the 30-mile radius of Duluth which encompasses portions of St. Louis, Carlton, and Lake Counties. Population of the mobile crisis response service area is approximately 170,000.
The crisis phone line response covers the same geographic location plus all other areas of the region not currently served by a specific provider. This includes South St. Louis, Carlton, Lake, and Cook Counties.
